Currently in Melbourne Tricia Ferguson flowers is delivering under COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. This means we are only delivering on Monday's and Thursday's. All deliveries are contactless and we may contact the recipient prior to delivery to advise them of this. Please see details below regarding cutoff days and times to have your order delivered on a Monday or a Thursday.
Why do we have a cutoff? We are working with our suppliers and their current lockdown restrictions and cutoff times for us to be able to obtain the fresh flowers and foliage's that we need.
Tricia Ferguson flowers do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, with the exception of Mothers Day.

Mon – Contactless delivery - you must have ordered by 12pm Friday AEST.
Tues – CLOSED (you can still order online)
Wed – No deliveries done.
Thu – Contactless delivery - you must have ordered by 12pm Tuesday AEST.
Fri – CLOSED (you can still order online)
Sat – No deliveries done.
Sun – No deliveries done.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday at any time will be processed on the following Monday morning or next business day after a public holiday.
Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however we will make every effort to meet your request. If you do require an urgent delivery or delivery within a specific time frame, please contact us directly to discuss before placing an order online. This request may incur additional delivery charges.
Orders going to a business address Monday-Friday will be delivered as per the latest delivery dates/times given that the correct delivery details have been supplied.
If an order is delivered to an address where a security guard or concierge is obliged to take the order on behalf of the recipient, Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot be made accountable for that order once passed on.
Tricia Ferguson flowers will make every attempt to ensure an order is delivered successfully. However, there may be times when a delivery of an order is unsuccessful. In certain circumstances additional charges may apply. Circumstances pertaining to a re-delivery fee:
Recipient not at home
If the recipient is not at home when delivery is made, the order will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if the courier deems it safe to leave. If the courier decides it is not safe to leave the order, a calling card will be left in the recipient’s letterbox or under the door asking them to contact us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. The sender will be notified of the outcome and may be asked to pay an additional fee.
Incorrect delivery details supplied
If an order is delivered to an address supplied by the customer that is incorrect and the order was recovered, the customer will be contacted and order re-delivered. A re-delivery charge may apply. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer and the order cannot be recovered, Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of said order.
It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate delivery and contact phone number details at the time of ordering.
Prior to delivery, any order going to a hospital will be confirmed first. This is to ensure the recipient will be there or is able to receive the order.
