Tricia Ferguson flowers delivers flowers and gifts Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm (AEST) and on Saturday between 9.00am-1.00pm (AEST) throughout the Dandenong Ranges, Melbourne’s eastern and outer eastern suburbs, Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
Tricia Ferguson flowers do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, with the exception of Mothers Day.
We do provide same day delivery on the days we are open. For those days we are closed (Tuesday and Friday), delivery can be made on those days however we must receive your order details no later than 11.00am the previous day. Please check the following delivery details for the day of delivery you require:
Mon – same day delivery
Tues – place your order by Monday 11.00am (AEST)
Wed – same day delivery
Thu – same day delivery
Fri – place order by Thursday 11.00am (AEST)
Sat – place order by Friday 4.00pm (AEST)
Sun – no deliveries
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday at any time will be processed on the following Monday morning or next business day after a public holiday.
Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however we will make every effort to meet your request. If you do require an urgent delivery or delivery within a specific time frame, please contact us directly to discuss before placing an order online. This request may incur additional delivery charges.
Orders going to a business address Monday-Friday will be delivered by 5.00pm (AEST) given that the correct delivery details have been supplied.
If an order is delivered to an address where a security guard or concierge is obliged to take the order on behalf of the recipient, Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot be made accountable for that order once passed on.
Tricia Ferguson flowers will make every attempt to ensure an order is delivered successfully. However, there may be times when a delivery of an order is unsuccessful. In certain circumstances additional charges may apply. Circumstances pertaining to a re-delivery fee:
Recipient not at home
If the recipient is not at home when delivery is made, the order will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if the courier deems it safe to leave. If the courier decides it is not safe to leave the order, a calling card will be left in the recipient’s letterbox or under the door asking them to contact us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. The sender will be notified of the outcome and may be asked to pay an additional fee.
Incorrect delivery details supplied
If an order is delivered to an address supplied by the customer that is incorrect and the order was recovered, the customer will be contacted and order re-delivered. A re-delivery charge may apply. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer and the order cannot be recovered, Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of said order.
It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate delivery and contact phone number details at the time of ordering.
Prior to delivery, any order going to a hospital will be confirmed first. This is to ensure the recipient will be there or is able to receive the order.
