To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your credit card number is accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues, however please be advised that your order cannot be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Tricia Ferguson flowers will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

Cancellation of orders.  Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Tricia Ferguson flowers 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Refunds.  Please call Tricia Ferguson flowers to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers or products sent or received.  Unfortunately Tricia Ferguson flowers cannot arrange to re-send fresh flowers to you if the original flowers have been disposed of.  Please note all refunds for online orders or orders placed via the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Normal delivery hours for Tricia Ferguson flowers are between 9.00 - 5.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm (AEST) on Saturday. Tricia Ferguson flowers offer a same day delivery service on the days we are open for orders submitted before 11.00am (AEST).  Delivery can also be arranged for the week days we are closed provided the order is placed no later than the day before and by 11.00am (AEST). For delivery on Saturday, orders must be placed by Friday 4.00pm (AEST). Please refer to our Delivery page for further information.

Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.  Whilst every effort will be made to create and supply the design which you have selected, it may be necessary to substitute some flowers shown for similar blooms, which are of equal or higher value and quality.  Where the design includes a sundry item such as a vase, basket or pot it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed.  If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to substitute the item with a suitable alternative.  
Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery, every effort will be made to substitute any item with a suitable alternative of equal or higher value.

Liquor purchasing conditions.  Tricia Ferguson flowers hold a limited liquor license, (id 60500636) which must adhere to the following conditions.  Liquor must be purchased with flowers, food or other gifts; it cannot be purchased as a sole item.  Both the purchaser and the recipient of the flowers or gift that includes liquor must be 18 years of age or over.  The volume of liquor supplied per order must not exceed 1.5 litres.
